Title: Times you wish you had the camera...

Sarah_Pussycat - February 4, 2007 04:59 PM (GMT)
You know, those times when your kitties are doing something so cute or hilarious, if ONLY you had the camera at the ready to film it.....

This just happened here:

I was lying on my bed reading a book, and Motley was lying on the bed too, when Sparkle came into the room and started sniffing round the drawers at the side of the bed. After approaching the drawers from several angles, and with considerable effort, he finally managed to get a paw under the bottom drawer and pull it open.
He then climbed into the bottom drawer and started to nudge the top drawer until it was open too - then jumped out of the bottom drawer and into the top drawer, where he sat looking very triumphant before lying down in it.

Meanwhile, Motley had noticed what was going on, and jumped over me to take a closer look. Thinking the top drawer looked quite comfy, she headbutted Sparkle then jumped in there with him.

Sparkle got this indignant look on his face and jumped out, then just sat there on the floor looking all sulky, as if to say, "Hmmmph, I do all the work and Motley gets all the fun!" :rotfl:

I can picture that! I have my camera on my nightstand, but my kids aren't quite that smart! :lmao:

I can picture that too.
When ever Yayo is staring intently out the window, I usually lean over and open it for him, however as soon as the other too hear me open it, they both run up and push Yayo out of the way~ Yayo then comes to me as if to say "Are you not going to do anything about this? how disgraceful"

When Joey POOFED out the moment the 1 year old border collie/golden retriever walked into our house as mom said, "We're babysitting for awhile!"

That sound priceless.
I wish I had a video the time Milo was about to drink out of my glass of water and I said no Milo that's MY water. He sat down and gave me this very bossy look for about 5 minutes while I was folding clothes...then I said Oh ok Mo you can have a drink. He got up and went right back to the glass of water. :lmao:
I have a pix of the bossy look.... a video would have been

With that look, Allie, I don't think I'd want to cross Milo...he might hurt me.

Milo: "Look deeply into my eyes. You are completely in my power. You WILL let me drink water out of your glass. You cannot resist. Resistance is futile. I can wait longer for you to feel guilty than you can wait for me to get bored. Because I will not get bored. I want your water. Just keep looking deeply into my eyes. You are completely in my power..."
