The last time anyone saw him was approximately between noon and 1 p.m. on Sunday. He, Midnight and Star were on the patio and my husband had closed the blinds. When I got home from work later, our next door neighbor had come to our door to let me know that Lucky had tried to get into his apartment a few times. He told me that he had come by earlier, but no one had answered the door. I asked my daughter to go check on the cats (by this time, they were inside). She came downstairs and told me that she couldn't find Lucky anywhere. This was approximately at 7:30 p.m. I went over to the neighbor's house and asked him what the cat had looked like. He said that the cat was gray and white. I looked around outside. I went back to the neighbor's house and asked him if he could remember what time he last saw the cat. That's when he told me the time I mentioned above. Finally, Lauren found a picture of Lucky and we took it back over to the neighbor's house to show him. He said that the picture confirmed that it was our cat that was trying to get into his house.

It's now 12:53 am. I was out looking for Lucky until about an hour and a half ago. Please think good thoughts for myself, Lucky, and especially my daughter. She's devastated. Lucky is the one that goes into her room and cuddles with her. We just want him to come back home so we can give him all kinds of scritches and belly rubbins.

Thank you, David. I just came back in from looking for Lucky again. I don't know where else to look in our townhouse complex. My husband is going to print up a bunch of fliers and then bring them to me so I can tape one to each door. I'm also going to be posting a couple of fliers by the mailboxes. We're also going to paper every tree within a two block radius with fliers. I just wish that my Lucky-boo would come home. :( :bawling:

You need to call your local animal shelter and vet clinics, in case Lucky has been taken there. And if your local radio station does announcements for lost pets, that could help, too.

*UPDATE*

Lucky is back home!!!!! He had managed to get inside of the apartment three doors down from us. About an hour and 45 minutes ago, my neightbor knocked on the door. When I answered, she said that she had my kitty. We went to her place and Lucky had made himself at home on the shelf just under the TV stand. I pulled him out and showered him with kisses. My poor baby was trembling like a leaf. He's been rather skittish and hasn't really been cuddling with us. He has been walking around, reacquainting himself with the schematics of our apartment. He's also been nibbling at their food and has used the litterbox as well.

Thanks to all of you who expressed concern and sent well wishes on his safe return. Lucky, my daughter and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
