Guys, what programs are you using to make all they wonderful Graphics?? Are any of them free off the net???? I want to make a new signature, but I don't have any graphic packages....

May I be greedy and ask for the link for that as well, please? I've been surfing the blinkie sites and a lot of them say they use Paint Shop Pro to make them.
My own current sig was made for me by a lady at GMM Skin Designs (by the same person who ran the Skinning Playground).
