After Marley's mean streak a few weeks ago, he was put on fluoxetine and has calmed down. There have been no fights! There have been a few little glares and hisses, but nothing major or out of the ordinary.

Marley has been sleeping heavily, which is nice, too. :lmao: BUT, he is a lot less affectionate. Sasha went through the same thing as she adjusted to the meds, but she's back to her lovable self, so I'm sure Marley will too!

Marley is only on the meds short-term, maybe another month. Sasha is long-term and will have to have her liver checked every 3 months.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes and support! This has truly been a rough adventure, but it has finally paid off. :)

Allie, the meds aren't that bad and usually temporary. But Sasha is such an extreme case of anxiety, so she's going long term. Peace has been restored and I can keep all my babies. :)
