Rosie and Sparkle are friends now and play together - but Motley's been having a bit of trouble accepting her (she's always been quite territorial, and was exactly the same with Sparkle).
The good thing is, unlike Sparkle, Rosie seems to be getting the hint and backs off when Motley shoots her "the look"!
The hisses have been getting less over the last few days - and last night, Motley seemed to have found a use for Rosie!
I'd just gone downstairs to clean my teeth before bed, and Rosie followed me, with Motley following Rosie.
Rosie jumped into the big litter tray in the bathroom, then Motley approached too and did a little growl at Rosie, making Rosie back into the corner of the tray.
Now she had more room, Motley ALSO jumped into the tray and had a wee - with the end of her tail poking poor Rosie in the face - then Motley jumped out of the tray and watched while Rosie covered her business over for her! :rotfl:
(Rosie DID get to do her own business in the end!)
Anyway, this morning Motley and Rosie had their first ever nose rub with no hissing involved! :jump:
Aw, that's great they are getting along more and more! :jump:
:jump: Yay!!!
I wish they'd rub off on Lucky. She nows does this hiss/meow/shriek...every once in awhile and it freaks out Jake every time. She doesn't go near him but she "yells" at him and takes off... :coocoo: He looks all bewildered. :giggle:
Sounds like everything is going great! :jump:
