I took Lilly about a month ago to get her anal glands drained because I noticed for awhile white stuff coming from there.Today I was looking at her and I noticed alittle bit of the white stuff again. What could cause this and is this a bad sign?Why did it come back? Is it normal?

I honestly have no idea. I would contact the vet again.
