Well today I tried to take both dogs for their first walk but Belle was NOT having it. So she had to stay home and I just took Pixie. There's a park down my street and with the snow and her young age, I didn't want to take her too terribly far from home.

We got out into the yard and at first she seemed a little uneasy but it didn't take her long to relax on the leash. In no time at all she was behaving sticking by my side as we walked down the street, her head all high in the air like a little princess.

Once we got to the park I let her off the leash to go play and she LOVED it. She was plowing through the snow jumping and dancing around it was SO cute!! I definitely plan on taking her out there more often, and hopefully Belle will soon stop acting like she's dying after I put the leash on her. :rolleyes:
