For those of you with multi-cat households, is there a "cat heirarchy" going on? Do you have a "top cat" and a "bottom cat"? And how do any in-between cats feel about it?

Nikki is top cat, blackie is bottom cat. But blackie is really hard when he chooses to be but isn't really bothered about hierachy. This means Nikki stays on top but with the occasional injury.

This will change when Sarah moves in cause she has more cats bothered about hierachy. Nikki's the top cat here and has territory on her side, but size she does not. Motley has the edge on her as previously worked out, so we are in the position where there are two cats for one top job.

I'm sure if I don't manage to sign in Sarah will inform you of exactly who GETS that top job!

Not really. Jones & Sasha kind of go back and forth. :duh:

I honestly don't know...and I've had my cats for almost four years. I think Midnight is the alpha cat since she's Star and Lucky's mother, but there are times when it seems that none of them claim the alpha spot.

Tinkerbell is our alpha here, and she lets everyone know. No one really seems to mind, though. Tink does pick on Jazmine, but that's more a bullying issue rather than hierarchy.

Minnie is Tink's #2, she let's others know when she's not happy.

I would say the boys are more on the bottom of the rung, but that's just because they're so laid back. None of the other girls really care either, they just all follow Tink and Minnie's lead.

Moogy is the boss here, the others know it and don't have problems with it ;) although she will let the others eat first when I give them wet food, go figure... :wha:

Milo and Lucky are the Top Cats here. As you all know Jake walks on egg shells around Lucky...and poor Georgie is picked on by everyone. The boys usually hang out laying around the living room together these days.
Georgie just tries to stay out everyone way...Lucky, well she is lucky she is cute. :neener:
