Christmas Day my handicapped cat started to act very ill. He was in pain and very listless. He had mega colon so I thought maybe he was still constipated, but no he had a perforated bowel. Poor Poor Andy. He was thrown out of a moving car window as a kitten and rescued but had sustained back injuries that left him with no bladder control and a bad limp. I took him in hopes that he could live out his life like my Fripple, in a diaper and happy. He developed mega colon because once out of a cage and running around he did further damage to the nerves in his back and his intestines didn't work at all. That meant frequent enemas. It took a toll on his little body and although he was only a year old he has joined our loved ones at the bridge. I hope his next time around he lives the pampered pet life with all of the perks, because he sure does deserve it. Although he has only been in my life since last May I feel a huge hole because of his loss.

Susan, he's happy and healthy now at the bridge. Now he can finally do everything kitties should be able to do.
