Merri started sneezing last night shortly after they had their dinner (we haven't changed their food ...). He'll have these bouts of 5 or 6 sneezes 36.gif Poor little guy 33.gif He seemed to be better this morning, but now he's just had a couple of sneezing bouts again 58.gif
We're gonna call the vet in the morning and try to get him in to get checked out. Hopefully it's just a little cold, but we can't figure out where he would have picked it up from 58.gif

I would think it is a cold, too - ours randomly get them out of nowhere, and a lot of times they just go away. I always give them a day or two before I call the vet because more often than not I end up canceling. 29.gif

Hope you can get him in and he gets better soon. 84.gif

could be an allergy, also cats get upper respiratory infections which can be cleared up with antibiotics

Gerald brought Merri to the vet today and it is an upper respiratory infection 36.gif
He wasn't sneezing much any more by Monday, but he just didn't seem to be himself so we figured it was best to get him checked out and I'm glad we did.
We got some meds for him so hopefully he'll clear right up in no time 8.gif

Awesome! 8.gif

Watch for the others developing it, too - when we get a cold here, it gets a lot of them - I end up just calling the vet and they give us meds without having to bring them in because they know one had it.

Thanks Crystal ... we've been keeping an eye on the other two and so far they haven't shown any symptoms.

Poor Merri doesn't seem to be getting much better 36.gif He's not eating and he's thrown up a couple of times. He's been on meds since Tuesday afternoon, but he's still quite sniffly. He's sneezed a couple of times and earlier there was a little bubble coming out of his nose 33.gif Poor little guy 36.gif
If we don't see some improvement soon we'll be taking him back to the vet tomorrow.
